About This Product

This product is widely applicable for wood products processing enterprises who have the needs of heat treatment quarantine on wood package used for imported & exported goods.

The heat treatment process of the whole equipment is monitored by the computers that check time, dry bulb and wet bulb temperature, wood core temperature, heating, air circulating, humidity adjustment and humidity discharge, temperature inspection and wood water content rate inspection. The printing & record system of temperature, humidity and water content rate is controlled automatically.

Heat treatment automatic control system:

This system is used for heat treatment of exported wood products that need quarantine. It can be connected with the computer or be used independently. It fulfils automatic real time printing without modification of 2 groups of indoor dry bulb temperature, 2 groups of web bulb temperature, 4 groups of water content rate, 4 groups of wood core temperature and interval.
